- Pension Position Review — a review of pension documentation and relevant correspondence, followed by plain-language advice on entitlements and options (RM 236).
- Correspondence & Claims Handling — preparation and management of correspondence with pension administrators or relevant authorities (RM 285).

Services are available to clients located within Malaysia. We may consider requests from clients located outside Malaysia on a case-by-case basis where their matter involves Malaysian pension law or a Malaysian pension administrator.
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to provide our Services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your matter, including pension documents, correspondence, and personal details.
- Inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your matter.
- Respond to our requests for information or instructions within a reasonable time.
- Use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, design, and structure, is the property of Teduh Amanah and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may view and print content for your personal use but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our written consent.
Legal advice and work product prepared specifically for your matter is produced for your use in connection with that matter and may not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties without our agreement.
6. Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our current fixed fees for each service are stated on our website and confirmed in writing before engagement begins. No work will be commenced until the applicable fee has been agreed in writing.
Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer to the account details provided in our engagement letter.
If the scope of your matter changes after engagement begins, we will discuss any additional fee with you before proceeding. We will not carry out additional work without your written agreement to the fee.
7. Service Delivery Terms
We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our Services. We cannot undertake to achieve any particular outcome, as results depend on factors outside our control, including the decisions of pension funds, administrators, and authorities.
Timelines for completing a matter will depend on the complexity of the issue and the responsiveness of third parties involved. We will keep you informed of progress and notify you of any significant delays.
8. Disclaimers
Our website content is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. You should not act on information from our website without obtaining specific advice relevant to your personal circumstances.
While we take care to provide accurate advice based on the information available to us, we cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from information you have provided that was incomplete or inaccurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, our total liability to you arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the specific service in connection with which the liability arises.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from our Services, including loss of expected pension income, unless such loss arises directly from our negligence or a breach of professional duty.
10. Termination
You may terminate our engagement at any time by written notice. Where we have already commenced work, a fee proportionate to the work completed will be payable.
We reserve the right to terminate or decline to continue an engagement where a conflict of interest arises, where we are unable to proceed due to instructions received, or where circumstances prevent us from providing the agreed Services. In such circumstances, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund where appropriate.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from our engagement are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We encourage any concern to be raised with us directly in the first instance. Most matters can be resolved informally through open communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, we are willing to consider mediation as an alternative to litigation.
12. General Provisions
These Terms, together with any written engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
